Unfortunately, due to NDA I can’t show in details all the amazing and hard job we did at OneReach.ai, but here are some brief notes about the work I did during this time and the list of services I took part as designer.
Overview
Owned the design of the AI agent builder service. Led UX/UI from discovery to delivery across agent management, billing, web chat, blog and marketing pages.
Focused on making complex AI workflows usable for non-technical teams, validated decisions through research and testing, scaled the design system, and collaborated closely with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders.
AI Agents builder
A product for setting up AI agents — digital teammates that handle various business tasks.
As the product scaled, the navigation became crowded, and it was hard for new users to start building agents without specific knowledge. I led an initiative to refine the UX: ran user interviews and usability tests, redesigned navigation and onboarding, simplified technical copy, and clarified the overall structure of the builder.
This helped reduce confusion for new users, improved learnability, and supported product adoption as the platform expanded.
Additionally, I brought a stronger user-centered approach by adding iterative research and regular user feedback, helping the team continuously refine and improve solutions.
Rich Web Chat
A highly customizable web chat interface: one of the channels, where AI agent can communicate with end users.
This was my first product in OneReach.AI I was responsible for as a designer. With the scaling of the product I expanded component library, provided a brand new redesign, introduced a theme builder with templates to allow personalization, designed AI component builder and product landing page.
Flow builder
This is a core product that makes all automatization magic happens. Build a flow tree by adding logic steps from library, choose a channel where the AI agent should be presented and watch it handling business processes.
I was partially involved to this product, and mostly I was responsible for designing the AI Assistant and refining the UX of logic steps. This is one of the most challenging product for designers. But, thanks to product teams we managed to keep the design up-to-dated and convenient for solution builders.
Intelligent digital workforce
If we combine a set of AI agents that are trained on tons of customizable skills we’ll get an IDW. This is a collection of skills – digital helpers that can share knowledge and work together to get things done across a company.
Some skills I designed to expand our generic library, and some of them were made to support our customers needs.
Billing page
Designed a service from scratch for managing payment settings and subscriptions, including plan selection, payment methods, history, and usage statistics. Collaborated closely with stakeholders and the payments team to align with platform capabilities and industry best practices. The main challenge was mapping out and designing all user flows for a seamless payment experience.
Design system
We decided to redesign and expand our design system, which was a major challenge for both designers and developers. Alongside the design team, I contributed to writing documentation for each component in the library, ensuring clarity and consistency. Also I designed some components like date picker, date range picker, time picker, time range picker, and date-time range picker.
